Klinik und Poliklinik für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie Participants needed for the Sleep Deprivation S tudy Molecular Choreography of Stress and Nutrition : C haracterization of A utophagy and V arious M olecular L evels during I ngestion and S tress E xposure Who can participate? - Healthy participants aged 18 - 45 - BMI between 18.5 and 25 kg/m 2 Who cannot participate ? - Individuals with psychological or neurological diseases - Individuals with eating disorders - Heavy alcohol consumers - Smokers - Vegans - Those using hormonal contraception, pregnant , breastfeeding, or taking pharmaceuticals (except for L - Thyroxin) What is the Study about? We are investigating the influence of nutrition in relation to stress on cells and their metabolic products. Study participa nts will either ingest 1 mg of Dexamethasone orally and/or undergo 36 hours of sleep deprivation. Before and after, multiple tests will be conducted, and participants will receive an individually tailored diet plan. Please allocate three full days for all t ests.
