Processes & Tools  or Tools & Automation Sourcing Department in specific is in charge of Sourcing tools & automation technologies (e.g. eSourcing, Contract Management, DocuSign, One Span, Coupa Risk Assess, Procurement Hub, RPA, Bizagi, MS Power), exploration, implementation and tools run support: Content management, technical integrations, interfaces to pre-systems, system consolidations, migrations and new roll-outs.

We are looking for candidates starting from May/June onwards in Bonn (ideally for 4-6months)

 

Internship at our DP Corporate Procurement – Tools & Automation Sourcing Department

Tasks:

  • Support creating reports and dashboards of Procurement KPI:s
  • Support Digitalization initiatives within the organization, as needed
  • Document business process and identify improvement and automation areas
  • Collect and consolidate business requirements, user feedback and surveys from user groups as needed.
  • Automate repetitive processes using Automation technology like Robotics Process Automation (RPA), MS PowerAutomate etc.
  • Support the run activities of our procurement tools and platforms
  • Test and confirm the viability of designed and configured solutions
  • Contribute to the change management process by supporting design and creation of training and support materials

Anforderungen

Professional requirements:

  • You are in your final year of studies or recently graduated and would like to broaden your knowledge and experience in a digital environment within DHL Corporate Procurement
  • You have a Bachelor’s or comparable degree
  • Good knowledge of English, German knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access etc.) and affinity with other collaboration platforms such as Jira and Confluence
  • Good knowledge of technologies such as RPA, Workflow tools (e.g. SharePoint, Bizagi), Virtual Assistants and other automation/reporting technologies is and advantage
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn new digital solutions and apply them for improvement in daily work
