Intern (m/f/x) Go Trade / Trade Facilitation

Your tasks
- Support implementation of country projects in different part of the world
- Support the further development and maintenances of a project management system and database of External Partnership Support
- Support GoTrade’s external partnerships with national governments and multinational organizations to drive projects at various stages
- Explore new partnerships for further trade facilitation opportunities and initiatives in line with the GoTrade agenda
- Help to develop and maintain a system for tracking data and knowledge relevant for the implementation of trade facilitation projects
- Capture, analyze and document lessons learned across projects as well as relevant external research, publications, and analyses
- Draft internal communications to promote GoTrade to various audiences across the organization
- Coordinate with social and external media team to develop content related to partnerships and GoTrade activities
- Support ad hoc or cross-team projects and other duties as required
Anforderungen
Your profile
- Compulsory internship/voluntary internship in the Bachelor's programme, gap year or current Master's programme . Economics, International Relations, Political Science, Social Science majors or experience preferred
- Independent work skills – detail oriented with an ability to take initiative when appropriate and a willingness to take on increasing responsibility
- Project management, planning, and coordination skills – demonstrated ability to excel in in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, and make progress on multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent team player – reliable, strong relationship builder with social skills, capacity to leverage internal and external network effectively, with flexibility and open communication style
- Analytical and problem solving skills – comfortable with Excel and data analysis, with an ability to efficiently prepare and deliver accurate metrics across a variety of projects
- Genuine interest in and appreciation for trade facilitation and trade ecosystems at global and regional level
