Your tasks
You will support our team in preparing the consolidated financial statements for DHL Group in accordance with IFRS on a monthly and quarterly basis and learn about the associated processes and procedures in a major international corporation. You will be involved in the analysis of Group data and the preparation of Management Board documents. You will also help us to ensure the quality of our external communication in annual and interim reports, analyst presentations and press releases. In addition, you will be involved in the Group-wide implementation of the new IFRS 18 standard and the implementation of the resulting changes in the financial statements. You will support us in using digitalization to make our processes for preparing the consolidated financial statements even more efficient.
Anforderungen
Your profile
- Compulsory internship/voluntary internship during your Bachelor's degree, gap year or current Master's degree in economics
- Ideal: Knowledge of international accounting (IFRS and/or US-GAAP)
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- High level of motivation, team spirit and resilience
