Intern (m/f/d) Product Management Export Goods Shipping - Private Customers

WE HAVE THE SCOPE FOR DESIGNERS.

 

We are responsible for all products and solutions for the worldwide dispatch of documents and goods from Germany (export) as well as letter and parcel products for cross-border dispatch from European source markets outside Germany (cross-border). We utilise our strong starting position to continuously improve our products, develop new scalable solutions and thus sustainably improve customer satisfaction. In the Product Management Export Goods Shipping department, our aim is to continuously develop our products and solutions in line with market and customer requirements. We also work with the sales interfaces to provide our export customers with the best possible information about our products and service portfolio and keep them up to date with new developments in the international parcel business. We offer our customers easy-to-use products and solutions that we are continuously improving.

 

Your tasks

  • Supporting the Private Customers team in the Product Management Export Goods Shipping department in day-to-day business
  • Support in setting up a reporting system and carrying out regular quality checks to manage external service providers
  • Participation in the planning and implementation of product measures as well as internal and cross-team projects
  • Maintaining product information for internal and external communication
  • Participation in the planning of communication measures

Anforderungen

Your profile

  • Compulsory internship/voluntary internship in a Bachelor's degree programme, gap year or current Master's degree programme (business administration or comparable degree programmes)
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Communicative team player with a lot of initiative and commitment
  • Initial project management experience desirable
