The local internship program in Germany is a product of the group itself, run with a huge support from the Local HR. The main eligibility criteria for this internship is to be actively enrolled in university studies throughout the whole duration of the internship and have the right to work full time for the duration. You will need to provide documentation such as your ID, student visa and enrolment certificate to confirm your eligibility for the internship.
Join our dynamic team as an Ecommerce & Omnichannel Insights and Community Management Intern, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a global internal communications strategy for our product development team. In this exciting position you will be translating complex strategic initiatives into clear, engaging communications. You'll help launch and update products in ways that excite and inform by collaborating effectively with product managers, while creating compelling content that keeps our internal and external audiences connected. Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with internal communications across the product development team.
- Fostering a vibrant and inclusive product community across 33 countries, facilitating knowledge sharing, collaboration, and engagement.
- Translating complex strategic initiatives into clear, engaging communications that resonate across all levels of the organization.
- Partnering with product managers to communicate product launches, updates, and roadmaps in an exciting and informative manner.
- Developing newsletters, internal blog posts, presentations, videos, and other creative formats to keep internal (and sometimes external) audiences connected and informed.
- Coordinating and communicating key takeaways and stories from country visits and customer interactions.
- Supporting internal events, town halls, and virtual meetups with engaging content and communications.
Anforderungen
Required skills & experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro for content creation and editing.
- Experience in content creation, including newsletters, blog posts, presentations, and videos.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing).
- Education and/or experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and engagingly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovative communication strategies.
- Basic understanding of product development processes is desirable.
